That brand was Park Ave. Established by Gary Turner, a native of Norfolk, Virginia, Park Ave takes prides in its humble roots within a misunderstood community of outcasts. Though undermined by many, Park Avenue gave life to urban streetwear trends during the 90s, with its rich history embedded in Hip Hop culture and status as a shopping center for the Norfolk population. G.Turner had always dreamed about giving back to his community, and creating this fashion label was his way of achieving that vision.
